Does it work? I can't say. I was recommended it and other supplements by a nutritionist who swears by Pure Encapsulations, and in the 3 years I have been taking it as part of my supplement routine, I have not been sick once. Not even covid. Thus, I keep ordering and using.

My husband and I took this zinc along with vitamin D and Vitamin C when the viral variants were going around. We both still caught it but only had a mild cough. Excellent product! I've tried to take other brand's zinc products in the past, but they have all made me nauseous. Not this one! I can even take PEZ on an empty stomach and no nausea!
