            Cleanest zinc that is also gentle on my stomach

            I'm loving this zinc. I've been taking two pills twice a day with food. I have noticed absolutely no stomach upset compared to my last zinc supplement. I chose this zinc because of the very minimal list of inactive ingredients. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I would highly recommend this zinc for people with sensitive stomachs. I take four pills a day because it eliminates symptoms that I have of itchy gums and itchy fingernails. But that may be more than most people need. If you need a clean zinc supplement that is easy to digest this is the best one that I have found and I did a lot of research.

            I read that Zinc is the key to a strong immune system, when taken with Vitamin C and D. However it can be irritating to the stomach. I have used this Zinc 15 all thru the pandemic and never gotten sick.

            I normally don't eat a lot of foods that are high in zinc, so with this current pandemic, I thought I should supplement this element into my diet. Only taken about a month now, I've noticed that "old sinus allergies" are no where as severe. And, as a side bonus, this product does not upset my delicate tummy and I've experienced no side effects! Yay! As for long term benefits, we will see... Until then, I will continue to purchase this product from Pure Encapsulations as I am so very happy with it.
