Supplement First offers a 45-day return policy.  Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.  Products must be returned in same condition in which they were received.  Open products, probiotics and other refrigerated items cannot be returned.

Supplement First ships fast!  When we receive your order we will ship it out right away.

Orders to the East Coast and Midwest typically take 2-4 days to arrive.  Orders to the West Coast take 3-5 days to arrive.  All orders are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping is Free on US orders over $39.  Shipments under $39 or international shipments incur a small fee.

We work hard to prevent any backorders.  However, occasionally back orders do occur.  We will do our best to make sure back orders are filled as quickly as possible.  We will notify the customer if a back order happens and will provide updates as to when the item will ship.

1) To start a return please send us a message via the Email Us form or email us at CustomerService@SupplementFirst.com.  Please be sure to include your order number, if possible.  Please be sure that your return meets the Return Policy Requirements listed below.

2) Upon return authorization, you will receive a prepaid USPS label via email. Print label.

3) Package your item in its’ original box/bag and affix USPS label. Be sure to remove or cover up any old labels. Drop in mailbox and you’re done!

4) Please allow 5-7 days for return to be processed and payment refunded.

All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority International Shipping
