A few years back, at only 43 years old, I suddenly had an attack of gout on my inside big toe. I was taking a bunch of Advil that did nothing for me, missed a bunch of work because I couldn’t even walk or put a shoe on. Then it happened to the opposite toe. I started with a chain pharmacy’s brand, in pill form, and it was working…kind of. I noticed I still had issues and the ingredients inside the capsule would solidify and change color after a short period of time.
Enter Life Extension Tart Cherry. I take it twice daily for the last couple of years and I’ve never gotten another issue with gout. I highly recommend it.
