I use this for my bp2 disorder after failing a lot of meds. It squashed hypomania & mixed episodes for me. I feel a lot more balanced & clear. Hallelujah. I test with my naturopath & have always been fine. Taken 9 months now. Still feel I may need something more for the depression part of disorder. But I'm thankful.

As a supplement to pharmaceutical lithium it is helpful especially to take the edge off of irritation and annoyance people who have Bipolar disorder often experience. I also have had some increase in mental energy.

Got exactly what I ordered

Have been using this product for many years per a doctor's recommendation. Less Lithium but does as good, or better than traditional prescription medication.
