Great product, effective supplement.

As a supplement to pharmaceutical lithium it is helpful especially to take the edge off of irritation and annoyance people who have Bipolar disorder often experience. I also have had some increase in mental energy.

Have been using this product for many years per a doctor's recommendation. Less Lithium but does as good, or better than traditional prescription medication.

What began as a way to ease menopause 15 years ago, ending up with my continued long-term use of an SSRI. The more information I learned about the effects of taking an SSRI long term and how difficult it is to quit taking this prescription, I knew I wanted to discontinue use.

At the suggestion of my integrated medicine doctor, I began taking Lithium 5% in place of a reduced dose of the SSRI. The first couple of weeks I was well aware of minor physical and emotional adjustments, but after six weeks I no longer need the Lithium 5%. I am so very happy to have learned about and used this supplement.

I really liked this lithium. I’m taking 30mg or so. I’m bipolar. I take it conjunction with lithium carbonate 600mg. I have detected with the orotate a clear improved mood stability for the most part. But I wish you could give at least some reference as to what is consider therapeutical dosage for BD. I have gone through testing and with this dosages I’m well inside limits. I’m 95kg.
