Before I started the natural lithium orotate, when something would upset or trigger me (I have PTSD), I would go off like the Hulk, After starting 1 mg a dy of lithium orotate, I was able to take a breath and DECIDE how to respond rather than feeling like I had no control of my emotions or responses. I recently had to go up to 2 mg a day -- not sure if it's because COVID-19 pushed my body past it's limits and depleted any stored nutrients or that I'm under extra stress right now, but I'll stay on 2 mg until things calm down, then try to go back down to the 1 mg.
