The capsules work perfectly.

After the 250 mg Acetyl L Carnitine capsules I had been taking daily for years from another company were no longer available, I turned to Pure Encapsulations for a pure, uncontaminated product because I am very sensitive to additives, dyes, etc. I take them to reduce the number of migraines I get. Very pleased.
