    if you are looking for magnesium this product is very good. Most pills are 100mg per pill and you end up downing so many pills. This 1 pill has more magnesium. 1x a day for us.

    Probably the most effective Magnesium available

    I’ve tried many forms of Magnesium and seem to be liking the effects of this one the most. Makes you feel calmer, makes falling asleep easier, etc. It’s definitely not cheap, but this form of Magnesium allows for very high bioavailability, so if you’re deficient this will do a great job at rectifying that.

    Ultramag magnesium

    This form of magnesium has been my go-to ever since I discovered it. I have been trying to resolve a severe deficiency and everything I've tried has too big a laxative effect. This has been the only form where I can take my recommended dose and my stomach seems to handle it well, although you still have to be careful with overdoing it. This reflects that it has much better absorption then other forms, you can really feel the difference!
