Very good

I had to get up to three capsules a day but it definitely has improved my memory at 34yrs old. I have noticed i am constipated which is not normally an issue. Definitely expensive but the only supplement that has helped improve my memory and i will continue to buy!

My liver enzymes were always slightly higher than normal until I tried SAMe.
Easy to take as it slides easily down your throat.

When I first took SAMe I felt like the grass was greener and everything was more balanced.
It does bring a more peaceful feeling inside.
The only thing that I notice is that is makes me a little tired later in the day.
I still recommend it if you don’t want to take an antidepressant.
