I have a rare condition called baroreflex failure, a roller-coaster high blood pressure with a sudden drop in low blood pressure, whenever. When that happens, my heart beat, heart rhythm plus irregular heart beats goes haywire; and a lot of times my heart is tight and sometimes in pain, plus my body muscles hurt, especially with insufficient sleep. My cardiologists don't know what to do with this. Since my body isn't making enough nitric oxide to help with proper vasodilation, I have found that nitric oxide, taken with L-Citrulline plus glutathione + some more supplements, eating correctly and organically help tremendously. My heart organ is calm, BP is more normal, my heart and body isn't in pain. I am grateful to have found PURE ENCAPSULATIONS nitric oxide, a life-saver! I am also finally learning to pay attention to what my body tells me and how to take good care of myself without the need for harmful/quelling effects of BigPharma meds. I highly recommend PURE ENCAPSULATIONS nitric oxide powder. It really IS pure (with xylitol added to make it taste good). Thus far, no negative reactions to xylitol.
