I have suffered with insomnia for most of my 63 years, it truly affects total wellbeing.
I use other Pure Encapsulation supplements/vitamins so I thought I’d give their Melatonin a try.
I started off with 3mg without any relief so I upped to 6mg, taking 30 or so minutes before bed, and I AM SLEEPING! I’m so thankful they provide this supplement! I have not experienced anything negative, no medication interactions, only quality sleep.
I had actually forgotten what dreams were like, so that tells me I’m going into REM stage sleep too.

I have used melatonin for several years off and on. I recently tried this brand and am extremely pleased. I use 3 capsules for 9 mg and it works much better than another brand I needed to use at a higher dose. I would highly recommend this brand.

It works!

As a life-long insomniac, I can say this has definitely helped me to get some sleep! 3 capsules work better than 2, but even 2 is OK if using routinely.
