this stuff works great

I purchased this to help with fibromyalgia and it really helps relax me and gives a better nights sleep. If you struggle with that as well give it a try. Ive tried other brands and they just dont compare.

Very Beneficial!

I take a capsule mid day when depression/anxiety can be overwhelming. It has been so helpful. I also take it at bedtime and it calms my mind for much better sleep.
