I've been taking Pure Encapsulations Ashwagandha for a few years now at the recommendation of my dietician. I take 2 at night before bed and 1 in the morning. It does wonders for those hormonal mood swings! I have my husband taking 1 before bed and 1 in the morning to help with his SAD symptoms.
