I am very happy with this product.

I was previously taking another brand that required 3 large tablets a day to get 100% of the magnesium requirement. They were coated tablets, but very large and if I didn't get one down on the first try the coating would dissolve and then it was like trying to swallow sandpaper.

These are also large, but easy to swallow smooth capsules and have calcium also, which the other did not have.
