Calcium /Magnesium support for easing digestion, but not being too powerful
as Mag citrate or Mag carbonate can be. So this Mag Malate is gentler, and still provides the benefits of Magnesium.

Take with Vit D and Vit K

I found out that a calcium magnesium supplement is good to take with Vit D3 and Vit K. I have been taking this for around a year. My vitamin D level is much higher than it used to be so I am happy
