Policosanol is a major protection for the vascular system. I appreciate in particular that this company's version of it is still based on sugar cane extraction.

My cholesterol lowered by 20 points in a few months, so worth the expense!
I did have side effects of fatigue and dizziness, so I had to reduce the dosage.
I learned this supplement should not in some cases be taken with Vitamin K.
