This supplement really helps me regulate sleep patterns. It keeps me more "even" emotionally. Even in my 70's, I still benefit from to herbs for controlling symptoms of menopause. I highly recommend it.

Couldn't handle menopause without it

My naturopath told me about this product years ago. I couldn't handle all the crazy symptoms of menopause without it.
While for me it doesn't address hot flashes it sure addresses where you land when you're having one of those menopausal, emotionally charged days. Highly recommended!!!

Hot flash relief

This has helped diminish pretty intense hot flashes I have been suffering from for years. Initially my GP had me on an antidepressant, which helped, but I did not want to be on that forever. As it does not look like the hot flashes will be going anywhere, I wanted a more natural alternative. I am pleased with this product.
