Using this for 3 months now

I ordered this because my B levels were all very low. I was even losing hair. After about 3 weeks, there was a huge improvement with my scalp and the hair loss stopped. I wasn't even aware that B vitamin levels could affect your scalp and hair to that extent. All my other nutritional levels were great. My energy levels were extremely low and since I started taking this supplement, my energy levels have improved SO much. I feel like my energetic self again. I don't feel any side effects from taking this and I cannot have gluten, dairy, shellfish or codfish. I am on my 3rd bottle and am checking my levels. I'll slow down with how often I use this supplement once my B levels become optimal. Great product!

Good for the skin

I found out that I had a vitamin B deficiency, which appeared in the health of my skin and that some foods I ate seemed to also create a skin problem. I tried nutritional yeast and it would work but over a period of weeks before I would see a clearing of my skin. This product works much faster. I had not taken them on a regular basis, when my skin decided to begin its blow out of itching and redness, I popped one in the morning and it gave me some encouragement and relief, then I did another one later in the day and I am impressed!!!
