Ingredients:
Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavor), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), natural flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Suggested Use:
For ages 3-6 years, three soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
