Ingredients:
Algal oil (marine algae oil [Schizochytrium sp.] high oleic sunflower oil, natural mixed tocopherols), soft gel capsule (modified cornstarch, glycerin, carrageenan, purified water), natural flavors.

Suggested Use:
For ages 3+, three soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
