Phosphtidal serine

Love taking this supplement… I notice my brain is more calm

My blood test showed deficiency in serine so my doctor recommended that I take the supplement. I didn't have any symptoms before and I remain symptoms free after taking this supplement for about three weeks. I will take it for four months at which time I will do another blood test to asses the situation.
