I orderd these for my brother in law because of his sometimes violent outbursts. He is 58 years old with down syndrome and louie bodies dementia. Since giving NAC everyday he is much calmer with a lighter disposition. We saw results within days. His outbursts have diminished. This has been a life saver for us.
My husband and I also take NAC daily to help with stress and keep more emotionally balanced. This supplement has made a tremendous change for my brother in law and us. I highly recommend it. For anyone wondering, my brother in laws Neurologists approved him taking NAC daily. She also stated that they recommend NAC to her patients with traumatic brain injuries. NAC has had a tremendously positive effect on our mental and emotional health.
The quality of these supplements are the best I have found. I have purchased others in the past, but they were not as effective as Supplement First. I have our orders on auto ship so we never run out.
