Great supplement

Designs for Health L-5-MTHF 5mg
I love this supplement. It seems to do better for my body than regular B supplements. I have more energy when I am taking it.

I didn’t know I needed this medication until my blood work indicated that I did. I have not had follow up blood work done at this time to see. What impact it has had on my numbers. The pills are easy to take and Supplements First’s service is always top notch.
