Absolute LIFE SAVER for menopause!

I was having chronic nausea, joint aches, and problems sleeping from menopause. Within a week of starting the chasteberry all of these were gone! I started on a super low dose, too. May not carry you through all of menopause but it sure has been a life saver for me!

Not for Women with Clinical Depression

I have both depression and generalized anxiety along with PMDD. I started taking this product ten days before I started my period. While I did notice a decrease of cravings as well as a decreased length of my period, this product significantly increased my depression symptoms two fold. I initially decided to begin using this product because a good friend has had wonderful results taking it for her PMDD. My depression symptoms began two weeks after my first dose. As I well know, depression is multi-faceted and I honestly could not pin point any other changes in my life that would cause these symptoms to increase this drastically. It even got to the point where I was considering self-harm. I discussed it with my spouse and we decided that I should stop taking it for a few days. After three days off of agnus castus, I noticed an improvement in my mood. To try and verify that it was this product causing the symptoms I began taking it again and my symptoms returned. I know this product has worked wonders for other women struggling but it is not helpful for all of us. If you already suffer from depression not related to your period, use caution.

Great product recommended by my herbalist. Using for infertility and regulating hormones. Since using g vitex my periods have been lighter, less cramps, and significantly less pms.
