Description

  • Cramp Relax™ is an update to our long-time beloved Cramp Bark Extra™, now featuring Black Haw bark, an herb relative to cramp bark herb and also traditionally used in support of relaxing occasional muscle cramps during menses. This is the same formula, now with Black Haw; still featuring the thoughtful combination of supportive herbs and nutrients to relieve common menstrual cramps during menses. This change is due to a shortage of cramp bark worldwide, and we are confident of this formula change using this relative traditional herb.

Didn't notice a difference

I have used cramp bark in the past in my teenage years. I think it was helpful then, but mostly combined with harder pain relievers. I am almost 30 now and suffer from debilitating cramps. This felt like a waste of money because it didn't help my cramps at all - even when I took double the recommended dose! I'm an herbalist so I usually go to the plants first. This is my experience.
