    I take Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder every morning in a cup of coffee. It has no smell, no taste so you don't even notice it in your coffee. The first improvement that I noticed was my skin health had improved quite a bit. The second thing I noticed was happening was my fingernails were growing longer in a short period of time. It's also eases joint pain & strengthens bones and muscles. Why wouldn't you take it? It has so many benefits from your head to your toes.

    Easy to make a habit

    This powder is really convenient and so it was easy to start a habit of taking it every day. I haven't seen a huge difference in my hair or skin, but I am going to keep taking it because I am trying to prevent my skin thinning as I get older, so as long as it keeps my skin from getting worse, I'll be happy! I will say that I wouldn't quite call it tasteless. I put it in my morning coffee and it has that savory umami flavor that you get from bone broth (makes sense). Still, it goes down easy enough. Make sure your dossolving liquid is quite hot because gelatinous lumps are definitely less appealing.
