I have a rescue cat and she is not user friendly and gets very upset around anyone but me. This seems to help calm her down and make her a bit more mellow. I put it on her food in the morning. It's only been 2 weeks but I am seeing a change in her. She doesn't seem to be as skiddish. She isn't quite 2 years old so hoping some of it will calm down with age but so far am please with Composure and will continue to give it to her if not for her well being but for mine knowing she's calmer.
