Ingredients:

100% Magnesium Chloride Flakes. 1 cup contains approximately 90 g of magnesium chloride.

Directions:

Dissolve ½ - 1½ cups into a foot bath or full bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm (101° F to 105° F) rather than hot for best absorption into the skin. After the bath, rinse skin with cool running water. Dab skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer. For external use only.
