These minerals are essential

At 74yrs old... My body requires easy to digest and assimilate minerals.. Including Copper which demonstrably maintains the elasticity in my capillaries so that I don't bruise easily.. And when I do bruise... It heals rapidly..... Many other benefits also. And this product is one of the best tasting in this category of plant derived minerals.
