Suggested Use:
Take 4 ml (0.8 tsp; 80 drops) daily. Follow the daily usage chart if it is your first time taking Ionic Magnesium. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving. Do not refrigerate.
