Quercetin for allergy support

I have too many variables this season, to consider to know how effective this supplement has been. I have used quercetin products before but was recommended this one. So far, this year my allergy symptoms have been a bit different, but I have moved. I have had no adverse affects from taking this supplement and very possibly it has helped as prior allergy symptoms that I have experienced are at this time, are much milder. I will continue to use this product through my worst allergy time-the spring.
