It maintains my energy and easily tolerated
I don’t have any specific evidence of it working but I feel like it is as a great part of my supplemental regimen daily. I’ll continue purchasing regularly.
Research I did online indicated that Methylcobalamin was the most easily absorbable form of B12. Seems to be doing the job for me. I like the small size capsule--easy to swallow.
