Worth it

I put a couple of drops on my evening meal once a day and get tested periodically for D levels. It definitely makes a difference I also like that it's virtually tasteless. A little pricey but worth it.

This is the only vitamin d regimen that has actually shown great results. Went from a very deficient level of 11 to an outstanding 75. This also lasts forever since you only take one drop and there is approx 9000 in a bottle!
