This supplement really strengthens bones.

I love this product. I have osteoporosis and it really helps my bone stay healthy I truly believe this helps my bones stay stronger.

Now 68 yes old, approximately 18 months ago, I had an actual bone density test which indicated I have osteopenia. A month ago, I was walking two very strong granddogs, a 1 yr old Golden Retriever & 7 yr old Husky, when a couple of German Shepherd‘s were barking at us from their backyard gate. Long story short, my two dogs pulled stronger and stronger until I could no longer hold them; suddenly I was propelled, wildly running across a neighbors yard toward the barking dogs. On the last step up a graveled concrete walkway leading to the gate, I tripped and face-planted my skull at the hairline above my left eye, as well as my left hip, on the edge of the top of a three-layer brick wall lining the path. In an instant a huge goose egg formed above my eye, followed by a tremendous black eye, which lasted for a month, as well as a 7” painful bruise and deep tissue damage on my left hip. No broken bones! My doctor wasn’t amused about the DIY bone density joke, but he was amazed my eyesocket wasn’t fractured, a typically easily fractured area, and that I missed my temple by centimeters. Indeed I keep my angels on their toes!!
As recommended by my physician, I’ve been taking the physicians Formula Bone Density Supplements for the last 18 months, eat clean and healthy, walk 2 miles a day, surpassing 10,000 steps a day and row on an indoor rower about 3-5 miles a day, all which contribute to bone strength, but with such a violent fall, one would think I’d have at least one fracture.
