Directions:
For the first 3 days, take one (1) capsule 3 times daily. After 3 days, take two (2) capsules 3 times daily. Take with ParaSmart Part 2.

Directions:
Adults: For the first 3 days, take 0.15 ml (approximately 7 drops) 3 times daily. After 3 days, take 0.67 ml (approximately 32 drops) 3 times daily. Drops may be added to a small amount of purified water.
