I’ve been taking Pure Encapsulations NAC 900mg for over a year now, I am one of the many people suffering from the effects of long covid, I read about the benefits that NAC had for people suffering from chronic upper respiratory conditions, so I began using it to help treat my respiratory problems. Since starting NAC, I’ve been able to sleep again without feeling like I couldn’t breathe. I still have to take all my medications for my respiratory problems, but now my lungs don’t feel as restricted and full of mucus as before. I take between two and three capsules every night 2 hours after dinner or before bedtime. I trust this brand because it has no hidden additives, just read the ingredients!

As with most dietary supplement products, it's difficult to evaluate the effectiveness of prevention. I have not experienced the severity of my yearly bronchitis episodes, so I'm thinking this is definitely helping.

the 900 mg one cap a day is a go between taking the usual 2 500 mg caps making it a more efficient buy

My son takes a high dosage of NAC for a rare neurodegenerative disease, Mitchell Syndrome. We have found NAC from Pure Encapsulations works better for him than one made at a local compound pharmacy.
