I'm about to turn 86 and still like to walk in the woods. Annoying back pain just above the pelvic girdle has made it difficult to put on my shoes this year. I tried MSM on a whim, because I read that it was helpful to relieve the pain of arthritis. I started with two capsules a day, and believe I will increase the amount because I do feel that the MSM is helping relieve my back pain. My daughter uses the powder form. I much prefer the capsules.
