GABA helped me get off antidepressants

I was sooo tired of being charged 700$ per month for anti depression meds. I finally stopped using them by supplementing GABA, every other day. I got to a point where I finally was able to just stop taking antidepressants all together. I'm not a Dr. And don't suggest you do what I did, but I can tell you what worked for me. And I stopped the antidepressants totally 2 weeks after I started supplementing with GABA. It was actually easy, painless... but do your own research, be responsible and talk to your doctor 1st.

Great for stress and for just unwinding

This product is great for stress. I also use it to help me get to sleep. I tend to have a deeper sleep when I take it. I started having dreams again.
