I like these because they don't have zinc

I have taken other eye supplements but the zinc really bothers my stomach. These don't bother me. I hope they help my eyes too!

My vision is changing

I know my vision is changing....not sure if it's for the good or bad yet. I am hopeful and will stick with Pure Encapsulations EyeProtect Basics to see if this change is an improvement!

Areds 2 Formula W/O Zinc

The Areds 2 formula is the only supplement shown to slow macular degeneration. However, there are some people who do better on this formula without zinc. I simple DNA test can be performed by your eye doctor. It will tell you what formula works better for you. For me it is the zinc free version. This is the only version of this formula that I know of on the market. I have now taken it for several years. So far my early macular degeneration has not progressed at all. I take it daily.
