                DHEA has made a difference

                My Functional Medicine Physician agreed with me that I needed to start on Progesterone as post menapausal. She added DHEA as a needed supplement to enhance the progesterone effects.

                Increase DHEA Levels

                I’m taking to increase my DHEA levels. I’ve noticed a little increase in energy, as well as a little uplift in my mood. I will need a stronger mg to see more differences, but I wanted to start off slow and work my way up to 25mg. So far, so good!
