The PE Boron Glycinate provides a good source of boron, a trace mineral often lacking in US soils, and uptake of which into plants is destroyed by glysophate. I always take it for all the health benefits boron can provide, including its role in creating enzymes and hormones, and in general metabolism. I note that it is exactly vertically aligned with aluminum in the periodic table, and so deficiencies in boron can lead to the body substituting with aluminum.
