Twilight Time truly assists me in falling asleep. Taken 15-30 minutes before I plan to climb into bed, Twilight time helps my body to transition and be ready for sleep and to sleep more deeply. I do not read, watch TV, look at my phone or any other distractions once I plan to go to bed. I find that it works best if taken between 9 pm and 11 pm. After midnight, I find that I have pushed past the window where it's most effective for me.
My doctor started me on Twilight Time two months ago. I am surprised at well it works as I have tried other melatonin supplements before with no better sleep. Now I sleep throughout the night and wake up more rested.
Still a little larger pill than I like.
