I have struggled since my twins were born with typical thyroid issues, but my thyroid levels are always normal. I saw a holistic practitioner and he suggested I was having pituitary issues. Honestly his treatment was outrageously expensive. I had seen an endocrinologist before who also suspected pituitary issues from blood loss in a multiples birth. After research I found this supplement and tried it. I didn't notice a big change, but when I came off it, I noticed. The symptoms had improved little by little, and I did see them return. I restarted it and they went away. Things like brain fog, memory issues, digestive slowing, and sleep are improved.
