I have been taking Metformin for over 10 years now, twice daily. I started taking the gly- control supplement about 6 months ago and was slowly able to get off the Metformin, one at a time, along with a fairly healthy diet. My blood sugars are normal at this time. I'd say that gly- control has done the job very well for me.
