Excellent formula

This is an excellent formula of magnesium and one that seems to be unique in the magnesium world. I am a life-long athlete who enjoys pushing it to the limit, ie: running marathons, hot-yoga---activities that tax the muscles to an extreme. This complex helps keep me in the game and not end up in sleepless muscular cramping agony!

Best Magnesium Supplement!

I have used so many other supplements when I can't find this one, and they do not compare. Even those that indicate the formulation is a complex, the results are not the same. Now that I know I can get it here and get it quickly I won't shop anywhere else.
