Ingredients:
Soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural flavor), organic extra virgin olive oil, vitamin D3 (olive oil, cholecalciferol), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), natural flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).
No gluten, milk derivatives, wheat, soy, or synthetic dyes.

Adults take one soft gel daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.
