Vitamins A and D are naturally occurring in cod liver oil. Each serving contains up to 190 mcg RAE (21% DV) for vitamin A and less than 2% of the DV for vitamin D.
Ingredients:
Purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavor), natural flavor, RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative).
