Missing Part of Our Diet

I got to know about Swedish Bitters and its' uses in 1991 when my Mum was down with frequent asthmatic attacks and was so uncomfortable with everything(foods and drinks).
As a nurse, her doctor told her that she has less than six months to live. She had been a well-disciplined person when it comes to food. Then, we took her to Late Mrs. Elizabeth Kafaru who was well known for managing health crises and terminal illnesses in Lagos, Nigeria.
She gave my Mum a bottle of Swedish Bitters and a book by Maria Treben. She explains to her how to use the Swedish Bitters. She told her to apply it on her chest after applying calendula cream, place a plastic sheet and wrap it with a bandage to hold the compress in place.
Immediately after she did that, she fell asleep. She later regained her appetite and stopped using an inhaler. Being literate, she followed the instructions and lived another 13years healthy years until she passed on.
Witnessing all these made our entire family embrace it, especially as a compress.
For headaches, constipation, cold, heartburn worn expeller(when placed as a compress on the navel)
Witlows, minor burns, wheezing, minor cuts, bites, itchy eyes(brush a little on your eyelashes,), ear pain, drunkness too, even when you are about to deliver a baby:Swedish bitters intake prevents bleeding, etc.
Swedish Bitters became part of our diet for adults and external applications for our children.
If Swedish Bitters could give my dying mum extra years, nothing stops us from benefitting from its potency and efficacy. We solely rely on it as most of are prone to asthma and croup. It should be a must-have for families.
