Directions:
For dosage, please consult with a healthcare provider. Take with water or fruit juice. Do not take with milk products. (The powder equivalent is 1/4 level teaspoon = 1 capsule). Take with Vitamins, especially B-6 and Vitamin C with bioflavonoid for proper metabolism. A B-Complex, (B-Complete or B-Long), is suggested and All-Basic amino acid formula is also recommended.
