Directions:
Take 1-2 Capsules or as needed, morning and mid-afternoon with water. For fast absorption, the capsule contents may be taken sublingually. For mental fatigue or alcohol management, take 1-2 PURE L-GLUTAMINE capsules twice daily (or as recommended) along with GLUCA-BALANCE. Vitamins and minerals are suggested for proper metabolism. Do not take with hot fluids or milk. B-Complete is highly recommended.
